I’ve had massages in the past and none of them were like the one Alex provided. I suffer from bad posture and ongoing back issues and associated sciatica with a shoulder dislocation and the spent past 15 years on multi-discipline cycling.
I had a full body as recommended after consultation on my injuries and ongoing problems. Results were incredible, a lot of stressed and tight tissues were worked on and my body felt like a car had a full service which was long overdue. More importantly my body felt like it stayed on form for 4 weeks after until our next session.
Sciatica was kept at bay, back issues a giant leap in improvement and not needed to ask the partner to do a bed time rub to relief pressure in the week, weak shoulder was targeted well and allowed a lot more movement and the socket feels smoother all round, something I’ve learnt to live with for about 7-8 years since my keyhole surgery but never thought it could ‘improve’ in this way.
Overall, highly recommended and I will be visiting Alex regularly. Even if you don’t have injuries you’ll benefit from a massive body-tune up and feel absolutely amazing after regardless!
